Enrolling in AFEA's Financial Wellness Program is easy! Simply fill out the form below and one of our staff will contact you to make all of the arrangements. Once your request is received, We will send you an information and enrollment kit. Once you receive the kit, you simply choose the option that is best for your organization then return the enrollment form to our home office. From there we will assign a Chartered Speaker to your organization who will work with you and your schedule to implement the program and start the initial assessment. Once the initial assessment has been completed, you and your Chartered Speaker will determine the date for the first workshop. After that, the training begins. We will be with you throughout the entire scheduling process to make it as simple and easy as possible.
